UHAUL Division Manager & Secretary

The UHAUL Division Manager & Secretary is responsible for maintaining the positive flow of the office. They work alongside human resources, administration and company executives. They serve as a receptionist (answering phones and relaying messages); assist Mechanic & ERS Techs with light maintenance tasks (washing, cleaning, inventory etc.); are responsible for outdoor decoration for holiday and seasonal changes (flowers, lights etc.) requiring the use of a ladder and other various tools; and are responsible for cleaning and organizing office spaces( sweep, dust, mop); are responsible for organizing and planning of parades and other company events (decorations, participants, supplies). UHAUL Division Manager is responsible for all aspects of the UHAUL Division ( training, scheduling rentals, processing payments, etc) 


  • Reception:
    • Customer Service, Answer Calls, Greet Customers
    • Sort Mail, Forward emails, Filing
    • Maintains a neat and tidy office areas, bathroom, shop, storage areas and parking lot
    • Monitor supplies and equipment maintenance
    • Data Entry
  • Human Resources:
    • Event Researching and Planning
    • Assist human resources with scheduling- interviews & meetings and employees work schedules
    • Prepare for company meetings- set up seating, order snacks & beverages
    • Maintain appointment and time off calendar
  • UHAUL:
    • Scheduling rentals
    • Training of new employees in UHAUL procedures
    • Collection and processing of payment
    • Maintenance of UHAUL stock & equipment

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Previous customer service, and reception experience required.

Preferred Skills

Preferred Candidate will have knowledge of QuickBooks, Towbook, Tsheets, excellent customer service skills, and be a team player but able to self-motivate. Candidate will be organized, flexible and confidant and able to negotiate payment arraignment’s professionally. Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs and be willing to do dirty work.
